Place the bulgar wheat in a mixing bowl and pour 450ml / 3/4pint boiling water over.
Fork through from time to time and leave to cool.
All all the ingredients into the bulgar wheat and mix well, fluffing up the bulgar wheat.
Adjust seasoning.
Cover & chill until required.
225g / 8oz Bulgar wheat
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
3 tbsp soya sauce
6 tbsp / 90ml french dressing
salt & pepper to taste
