Two slices of your favourite bread – we use a new bread to our sandwich range, a honey and seed bread, which we are really proud of, but any of our range will taste great. If you like it enough when you try the sandwich, let us know, and maybe we can add it to our bread range in the future.
Butter or low fat spread
45g of sticky toffee cheese – now you may find this a little difficult to find, we did, and only came by it accidentally. If you ask nicely at your local cheese mongers, farmers market or delicatessen, they may track it down for you, it really is worth it.
10g of Californian Raisins – plump and juicy
Butter the outside of the bread (yes the outside, it helps to crisp and colour the toastie), fill with sliced sticky toffee cheese, and scatter over the Californian Raisins. If you feel adventurous having found the cheese, substitute the raisins with chopped dates for a change, and dried cranberries and walnuts at Christmas.
We’ve also just found an ‘after dinner mint’ cheese, so keep an eye out, as it may be in a toastie soon.

You'll see we have provided information on each product’s contribution to your GDA. GDA’s are something that we keep a keen eye on, we are proud to say we won’t launch a product if it contributes disproportionately to your GDA of fat or salt, and have constantly demonstrated this by not launching products which are over the top in these areas. Having said that, since we are a vegetarian brand and many of our products contain cheese, we are not pretending to be a 'low fat' healthy brand. What we aim for is a balance of taste and health, and an honesty that goes with all our products, so you know what you’re eating and can make sure you eat a balanced, healthy diet on a daily basis.
