Breakfast at Tiffany's

We have always felt that there was never a non meat alternative to an all day breakfast on the market, and felt that it was our mission to change that. The ingredients are exactly what you would make at home for a meat free breakfast, but in a sandwich. The only addition might be some hash browns and  HP sauce.

Ingredients

Two slices of your favourite bread – we use a dark malted grain bread. Butter or low fat spread ( or don’t use any and keep the fat down)

One sliced free range egg – we only use free range eggs in all our products, apparently you can tell the difference by the colour of the yolk.

20g baked beans, we believe that we were the first people to manufacture a sandwich with baked beans, naturally we use Heinz. If you are making it in advance, drain off a little of the sauce, to prevent the sandwich going soggy, we have to for ten minutes before making the product. (If your feeling trendy, use one of the new limited edition baked beans with HP sauce already added, or the Lee and Perrins for the non vegetarians.)

Four slices of tomato
20g Chargrilled field mushrooms – portabellas would be nice
15g of your favourite tomato chutney.

Method

Slice the egg and place over the base, keep the egg yolks down the centre diagonal, so that it looks pretty when it is cut into triangles.
Spread over the lightly drained baked beans, cover with the sliced tomato and the Chargrilled mushrooms.
Spread the chutney over the lid.
