And why wouldn't she? Nature's been working her magic in this world for over 4.55 billion years (plus or minus about 1%). And, whilst we're relatively young by comparison, our years of experience with restaurants and cookery books have always been based on a belief that the food we eat should be as near as possible to the form that it was harvested. What we like to call Proper Food.
It's a philosophy that's helped us create a distinctive range of fresh breads, sandwiches, wraps, hot eats, pasta salads that are not only full of goodness but naturally delicious too: out goes the stodgy, the bland and the boring; in comes the fresh, the natural and the wholesome.
They're all available in supermarkets, health & convenience stores, universities and staff canteens the length and breadth of the country, or if you fancy trying one for yourself at home you can now find all their recipes in the products section of our website. "That's very generous," you say? "No problem," we say.
