It’s taken us a while to get our salad range perfected, but then we had set ourselves some pretty strict rules...

They had to delicious of course, but we also wanted them to be fresh, easy to eat and offer our customers a real choice of tastes and textures.

Our salads are all made by Brambles Foods, and come with a separate pot of fresh dressing and a handy spork (a spoon shaped fork).

Brown rice with sliced onion bhaji, tomatoes, sultanas, red onion & coriander, with a creamy mayonnaise dressing
